Transportation, Public Works & Capital Improvements Committee, New Mexico House of Representatives
The Transportation, Public Works & Capital Improvements Committee is a standing committee of the New Mexico House of Representatives.
Per Section 9.1 of the House Rules, committees of the New Mexico House of Representatives are appointed by the Speaker of the House, except those where the members are designated in the motion creating them.[1] The rules do not specify when or how often committees are assigned. The Speaker shall appoint a chairman of each committee after committees are assigned.[2]
