Travis L. Francis is the assignment judge for New Jersey Vicinage 8, which serves Middlesex County, New Jersey. He was first appointed in 1992 and was reappointed for tenure in 1999. He may serve until he reaches the mandatory retirement age in 2018.[1]

Education

Francis received a B.S. from Bradley University and a J.D. from Rutgers University.[2]

Career

Francis is also an adjunct professor at Rutgers University School of Law, where he teaches Civil Liberties and Personal Injury Litigation Skills.[3]
