Campaign website
Rook’s campaign website stated the following:
“ |
A equitable Home for all Born and Raised in Arizona, I am the only GenZ candidate running for this Legislative office. At 26 years of age I have navigated the modern world born into some of the poorest economic conditions in Arizona. Our family, of 6, lived off Social security and SNAP benefits my entire childhood. I understand the very real struggle Arizonan families face providing and supporting their families and themselves . I am the only candidate in this race who’s personally experienced homelessness in Arizona. Im the only candidate Who worked several jobs in High-school to provide for their basic needs. I am the only candidate who will ensure Arizonans never experience the same unnecessary hardships (Im also slim thicc if that matters to you). At 26, I am being priced out of the very State I helped shape. The financial burden GenZ is currently facing is unprecedented. We can no longer afford the most basic lifestyle and we live in constant financial stress. This Campaign seeks to bring real financial accountability to corporate america. I intend to use my platform to right the wrongs greedy politicians and executives have gotten away with for so long. No more bowing down to our corporate overlords, The revolution is here and its time to overthrow the oligarchy from within. [1] |
