A Treasure Island City Residential Dwelling Density proposition was approved on the March 12, 2013 election ballot in Pinellas County, which is in Florida.
This measure allowed an increase in the Residential Dwelling Density to up to 15 residential dwelling units per acre in the mixed use Gulf Boulevard District.[1]

Should the City's Planned Redevelopment - Mixed Use - Gulf Blvd. District, established by Section 68-410.36 of the Land Development Regulations of the City of Treasure Island, Florida, allow density of up to 15 residential dwelling units per acre as part of a mixed use development project in the new downtown development district?
