Treasure Island City Tourist Dwelling Density Questions, 2 (March 2013)

Two Treasure Island City Tourist Dwelling Density questions were on the March 12, 2013 election ballot in Pinellas County, which is in Florida. The first question was a tied vote and the second question was defeated.
If approved, these measures would have authorized the increase of Tourist Dwelling Density to allow up to 60 tourist dwelling units (hotel or motel rooms) per acre. The first measure authorizes this increase for the Core District while the second measure authorizes the same increase for the Gulf Boulevard District.[1]
