Trevor Hale was a candidate for Position 3 representative on the Pearland Independent School District school board in Texas. Hale was defeated in the by-district general election on May 6, 2017.

Hale previously ran for the Position 1 seat in 2014 and the Position 2 seat in 2011.[1]

Hale has three degrees in engineering including a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University. He has held board positions on the Lone Star Chapter of the National MS Society, Colorado Springs Youth Symphony Association and the National Collegiate Volleyball Federation.[2]

Three of seven seats on the Pearland Independent School District board of trustees were up for at-large general election on May 6, 2017. Incumbent Charles Gooden Jr. was the sole candidate to file for the Position 1 seat. Challenger Mike Floyd defeated incumbent Rusty DeBorde in the race for Position 2. Incumbent Pam Boegler defeated challengers Trevor Hale and Al Lloyd in the race for Position 3.[3][4]
