A Tri-Rivers Joint Vocational School District Levy Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Wyandot, Crawford, Delaware, Hardin, Marion, Marrow, and Union Counties, which are in Ohio, where it was defeated.
If approved, this question would have authorized the Tri-rivers Joint Vocational School District to impose an additional property tax levy of up to .5 mills ($0.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for 10 years in order to fund the construction and improvement of school buildings and related costs.[1]

Language on the ballot:
“ | An additional tax for the benefit of TRI-RIVERS JOINT VOCATIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, Wyandot, Crawford, Delaware, Hardin, Marion, Marrow, and Union Counties for the purpose of purchasing a site or enlargement thereof and for the erection and equipment of buildings and for enlarging, improving, or rebuilding thereof at a rate not exceeding 0.5 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.05 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 10 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
