This measure sought an additional tax for the benefit of Tri-Rivers Joint Vocational School District. The proposed additional levy, if it had been approved by voters, would have been enacted at a rate not exceeding 1.3 mills for each one dollar of valuation which amounts to $0.13 for each one hundred dollars of valuation for a period of ten years. If it had been approved it would have commenced in 2010 and be due in 2011.[2]
