Biography
Tri Ta was born in Saigon, Vietnam, and lives in Westminster, California. Ta earned a degree in international relations from California State University, Los Angeles. He was elected to the Westminster City Council in 2006. In 2008, he was selected to serve as the mayor pro tem and was elected mayor in 2012.[1][2]
