Biography
James served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Active Reserves from 1986 to 2008. She has been affiliated with The Susan Jolley Awareness Program, Total Praise Ministries, James & Arnold-James & Associates, LLC, National Associations of Tax Accountants, Morris Brown Alumnae, Women for Morris Brown, National Women Political Caucus, and the NAACP.[1]
