Tricia Flanagan is a healthcare and policy expert, biochemist in oncology, author of the proposed American Healthcare Restoration Act, and a bio tech entrepreneur. She comes from a military family, with her father serving his career in the U.S. Navy, and her grandfather serving in the U.S. Army in WWI. Her policies include her Living Economy Plan which brings pharmaceutical manufacturing and jobs back to the USA, and her intense focus on National Security. Her endorsements include Lt. Steven Rogers who is a former member of the FBI Joint Task Force on Terrorism, National NRA Board Member Anthony Colandro, Angel Moms Founder Mary Ann Mendoza, Angel Mom and Founder of P-A-I-N Virginia Krieger, and Former NJ Freeholder Director Gary Rich. She has also been endorsed by American Workers Coalition for her dedication to protecting American Jobs. She looks forward to being a voice of fiscal and Conservative resolve in the U.S. Senate.
  • I'm dedicated to repealing Obamacare and replacing it with my proposed American Healthcare Restoration Act which cuts premiums in half on average, no pre-existing condition restrictions, increased access to quality care and innovative therapies, restores choice and removes government from your healthcare decisions.
  • I'm the only Candidate in the NJ U.S. Senate race who is fighting to protect American jobs with my economic plan that brings manufacturing and jobs back to NJ and all America, and my full immigration reform plan that includes fighting against S386 which destroys American jobs.
  • I'm dedicated to national security which includes both building and funding the border wall.
I'm passionate about restoring America's economy, jobs and reforming our broken healthcare system. My full five-point plan addresses the complete agenda of legislative priorities we will see in upcoming sessions with sound policy solutions that benefit NJ and all America, including my proposed American Healthcare Restoration Act that cuts premiums in half and increases access to quality care and innovative treatments, my Living Economy Plan that protects American jobs, and my full immigration reform agenda that includes building and funding our border wall and addresses full reform of our broken H1B visa system that outsources American jobs, and depreciates American wages.
I look up to my mom & dad, my grandparents and my great grandparents for many reasons, but mostly because of their grit, their determination, their resolve to focus on family, to teach me right from wrong, to teach me the most important values of Faith, Family, and Flag. I was taught to honor my family, my elders, my Country. I was taught the Bible, the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence. I was taught the value of hard work, and the honor of honest work. I was taught that you don't give up when things aren't easy, that you don't spend more than you earn, and that you don't take what's not yours. I grew up spending winters having snow ball fights, and having lemonade with friends and neighbors on the porch in the summer while we watched the fireflies come out. These values are timeless, but of immeasurable worth to what we need to accomplish in our government and in our Country starting in 2020. They demonstrate why the American Leaders I most admire are Presidents like Abraham Lincoln, Ronald Reagan and Donald J. Trump. Their resolve, fortitude, vision and strength are what we need to restore us to the very vision our Forefathers intended for our Country. I use those examples as the template of my commitment to make our State of NJ, and our Federal policies something to be proud of again. So help me God.
The United States Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, and the Holy Bible
Honesty and integrity are the most important principles for a U.S. Senator or any elected official.
The core responsibilities of this office are to represent the Federal needs of the State I represent and to fight for and protect our Constitutional Rights.
Our most critical challenge as a nation is to ensure that America remains sovereign.
Our U.S. Senate is the body set apart by our Founding Fathers as the highest deliberative legislative office with the highest ethical standards. With that charter comes the highest standards of commitment by our U.S. Senate to view all legislation through a Constitutionally-protective lens, as well as a higher standard of character requirements. I bring this very vision to my candidacy as a United States Senator, as well as my Constitution Caucus initiative to restore Constitutional balance to this American legislative arena.
I not only do not believe prior experience in government or politics is necessary, I believe that our Founding Fathers didn't intend it. Our unique American Government is founded on the principles of citizen candidates who bring their time, talent, and experience to craft legislation that works for all Americans, then goes back to live the fruits of the legislation they create. Without this real-world perspective, we get legislation by bureaucrats that serve only political advancement instead of We the People. I'm dedicated to restoring a government of, by and for the people. I'm a U.S. Senate Candidate who believes in restoring our American Government to a place that works for real Americans.
The filibuster is a political tool. It should be abolished.
The most important confirmation criteria for Presidential Appointees is via their commitment to our American Constitution. I've formed a Constitution Caucus initiative for viewing all U.S. Senate legislation through a Constitutionally-protective lens that is critical to this process as well.
I absolutely believe it's critically important to build relationships with other Senators, and it's part of why I have already begun reaching out to form a Constitution Caucus. I'm a proven change agent who has over two decades of experience building consensus within stake-holder structures. This is the most effective way to ensure that we accomplish America's agenda.
My preference would be to serve on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee where I believe my both my experience and commitment will best serve my State and our Country.
Although not a U.S. Senator, my values align closely with Pres Reagan and believe each U.S. Senator should be an original.
