I am a small business owner that comes from a financial background in addition to be an active community member where I have served as President of Freedom Rotary, Advisory board chair for the Salvation. Army, President for Pajaro Valley Arts and District committee chair for the Loma Prieta region for Silicon Valley Monterey bay scouting america . I have previously served two terms in this role as well as having served as a commissioner for the. City of Watsonvikke
  • Sustainable homeownership opportunities. We have seen A remarkable growth in rental inventory and need to focus on homeownership opportunities for our community.
  • The community of watsonville needs to collectively work on a strategic plan for those experiencing homelessness. This includes working with professionals that can successfully administer resources including prevention , more mental health and chemical dependency resources and engage the faith based community leaders with implementing these safety net services.
  • We need to strive to balance economic development for sustainable wages that have the ability to offer viable careers locally and that would keep Watsonville thriving while relieving our traffic impact.

Many people know that I seek transparency and to be clear on all the facts before making a decision. This includes ensuring the public is made aware of the impact my vote would have on establishing policy. I’m thorough and come prepared to ask tough questions and to be sure we are spending time and money on the right resources our community’s needs.
I’d like to leave the position having served my constituent's to the best of my ability. I’d like to see a better streamline approach to welcome businesses and developers flourish while providing homeownership opportunities, more mental health and chemical dependency resources and reduce the impact of homelessness in our community.

When I served on city council previously, I made sure that projects and funding were accounted for. Today we are millions of dollars behind in projects. I will advocate to work with public works to ensure the taxpayers money is spent on infrastructure the funds are intended for.
