I graduated from Camas High School then immediately moved to Phoenix, AZ to attend DeVry Institute of Technology where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Following graduation, I moved back to Camas where I met my husband, who became the father of our 2 kids. We initially raised them in Vancouver, then moved to Woodland in Feb 2020 right before the covid madness began, and that is when my interest in government began, specifically education and grassroots organizing. When I saw the opportunity to join the Woodland school board, I filed for candidacy and secured my seat. I am now running unopposed for a 2nd term and look forward to another 4 years serving the Woodland students and community.

Charlie Kirk. He lived such a joyful life with his wife & children always glorifying our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I can only wish to live an honest, brave and happy life like he had before he was brutally assassinated. He is my biggest role model
We all must know the law of the land, our US Constitution, and state laws, to prevent district liability but at the same time, we need to speak out against dangerous policy and unjust laws, using all the tools within our authority. We have a responsibility to the taxpayers and students who rely on the board to be financially stable and govern responsibly. But overall, we must do what's in best for the students.

Standing up against the tyrannical state of Washington when convincing my board to revise the Gender Inclusive policy procedure to NOT withhold information from parents after OSPI mandated that the policy language must state that our district will withhold information from parents if the student doesn't give consent. Parents rights trump student rights in my book!
