A Triway Local School District Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Wayne County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the Triway Local School District to renew a property tax levy of up to 5.5 mills ($5.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to provide the current operating expenses of the District.[1]

| “ | A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Triway Local SchoolDistrict for the purpose of current operating expenses at a rate not exceeding 5.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to fifty-five cents ($0.55) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[1][2] | ” |
