Troy Cardona is the presiding circuit court judge for the 23rd Circuit Court in Missouri, serving Jefferson County. He was elected to the bench in August of 2006 and re-elected in 2012, for a term expiring in 2018.[1][2]

Education

Cardona graduated summa cum laude in August of 1984 with his B.A. in history from Truman State University, where he was third in his class and a co-salutatorian. He earned his J.D. from the Northeastern University School of Law in May of 1988. He has also received certificates in international studies from Kansai University of International Studies, in 1989, and Hosei University, in 1983. He completed some general education at Jefferson College in 1981 and 1982.[3][4]
