“ Shall the sale of beer be permitted by Dyhailen Enterprises, L.L.C., dba Hockingport Food Mart, an applicant of a C-1 liquor permit who is engaged in the

business of a grocery store operation at 479 S.R. 124, Hockingport, (Troy Township) Ohio 45739 in this precinct?[2][3]
