Greisen earned a bachelor's degree in education and recreational therapy from the University of Kansas in 1989. He has been a motivational speaker focused on developmental disabilities since 1989. Greisen served as the managing director for the Special Olympics Asia Pacific from 2004 to 2008. He has been the president and CEO of Special Abilities of North Texas since 2011.[1]
