Trudi Walend (b. June 25, 1943) is a former Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives. She represented District 113 from January 4, 2012 when she replaced W. David Guice, until 2013. Guice resigned after accepting a position running the new state probation system.[1]

Walend previously served in the North Carolina House of Representatives for 10 years.

She received a Bachelor's from Western Carolina University in 1977.

Walend was defeated by challenger Chris Whitmire in the May 8, 2012, Republican Primary.[2]
