  • I am committed to shaping a more equitable and sustainable future for our state in the face of chaos and adversity. My lived experiences, relentless passion for service and advocacy, and pursuit of a better future have placed me in this race for HD 113.
  • It takes a new generation of leadership with new perspectives and a fire for activism to create long-lasting and tangible changes in Texas.
  • As a former staffer, social worker, and environmental advocate, I understand the urgency of protecting our communities and our rights, securing a clean climate future, safeguarding our democracy, and investing in our education.
Education, Climate Future, Women's Rights, Gun Safety.

Education: As an immigrant moving to the United States in pursuit of better educational opportunities, I know the importance and value of quality education. I will always be an advocate for fair compensation for teachers and comprehensive support for students.

Climate Future: As an environmental advocate, I understand the urgency of addressing our climate crisis. Our State needs to invest in energy efficiency, weatherization for our homes, and clean, renewable energy—all solutions that are proven to reduce energy costs, alleviate stress on our electric grid, and keep Texans out of the dark.

Gun Safety: Our classrooms are not war zones. Our grocery stores and our churches are not battlefields. We need to ensure that Texans are not subjected to death in and outside their homes simply because lack of common-sense gun reform laws.

Women’s Health: Women and individuals have inherent autonomy over their own bodies. Being subjected to unsafe pregnancies and even death is violence against women. Access to safe abortion care represents a critical component of comprehensive reproductive healthcare that must transcend partisan boundaries.
