The ballot title for Measure O was as follows:
“ | Shall the City of Tulelake pass a transient occupancy tax (hotel tax or TOT), with a taxation rate of 8% of the rent charged by the operator, for use on general city services uses including infrastructure, city promotion, community events, economic enhancement and community beautification with the TOT collected estimated to raise $2,000 - $10,000 per year and will remain in effect until repealed or amended? | ” |
