Two 2nd District Court judges announce retirement

Utah: Judges Jon M. Memmott and L. Kent Bachman of Utah's Second Judicial District Court have announced their retirements on May 1, 2010 and August 1, 2010, respectively. Memmott serves on the District Court and Bachman serves on the Juvenile Court.[1][2]
