Two candidates for Guadalupe County Court

Texas: On March 2, 2010, incumbent judge Mike Wiggins will face-off against challenger Charles Ruppert for a seat on the Guadalupe County Court. Since there are no Democratic candidates, the winner of the primary race will become judge.[1]
