Two candidates seek Third District Court of Appeals judgeship

Texas: Kurt Kuhn and Melissa Goodwin have their sights set on a Texas Third District Court of Appeals seat. Judge Jan Patterson will be retiring from this court at the end of 2010. Kuhn, a Democrat, and Goodwin, a Republican, will run for her seat (Place 4) in the November 2, 2010 general election.[1]
