Two judges confirmed in Stamford, Connecticut

Connecticut: Two judge from the Stamford District Superior Court were confirmed on Thursday, April 15. The judges, Richard F. Comerford, Jr. and Martin L. Nigro confirmed each other, Comerford as Presiding Judge over the criminal and motor vehicle dockets, and Nigro as Judge Trial Referee. Nigro, 81, has been a trial referee since he was 70 and had this tosay, "I'd rather not sit in a rocking chair at home and look at the robins. So, I think I am useful and as long as I feel useful I feel good."[1]
