Two new Illinois associate judges chosen to serve on circuit courts

Illinois: Two new associate judges have been chosen to serve on circuit courts in Illinois.
Thomas W. Cunnington was chosen by the judges of the Twenty-First Judicial Circuit Court to serve with them as an associate judge on that court. the appointment was announced on September 30, 2011. Cunnington currently runs a solo law practice in Kankakee.[1]
Kathryn D. Karayannis was chosen by the Illinois Supreme Court to serve as an associate judge of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court. She currently works with the Kane County State's Attorney's Office in St. Charles. Her appointment was announced on Oct. 5.[2][3]
