Tyese Hunter
Tyese Hunter was the District 6 member of the Metropolitan Nashville Board of Education in Tennessee. Hunter lost the general election on August 2, 2018.
Biography
Hunter earned her bachelor's degree from Auburn University and her master's degree from Tennessee State University. During that time, she also served in the U.S. Naval Reserves. After graduating with her master's degree, she worked as a speech language pathologist in both the medical field and for three years in Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools. She has worked as a faculty member in the department of speech pathology and audiology at Tennessee State University.[1]
