Tyler Diep
Tyler Diep (Republican Party) was a member of the California State Assembly, representing District 72. He assumed office on December 3, 2018. He left office on December 7, 2020.
Diep (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the California State Assembly to represent District 72. He lost in the primary on March 3, 2020.
Diep also ran for election to the Municipal Water District of Orange County to represent District 3 in California. He lost in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Biography
Tyler Diep graduated with a degree in public administration from the California State University, San Diego. He was elected as director to the Midway City Sanitary District in 2006. He was then elected to the Westminster City Council in 2008 and in 2014. He was unanimously selected as vice mayor in 2010 and 2018. Professionally, he served as a senior advisor and small business outreach specialist with the California State Board of Equalization and the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration.[1]
