District 19 is my home.

I grew up in Sandy and have lived in Draper for the last 7 years. I love the mountains and have summited 7 peaks in this district alone! You can catch me practicing drums in my spare time.

I'm a student of people and world affairs. I started my career as a journalist with bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Mass Communications, then earned a master's degree in International Affairs in Washington, DC. Today I manage strategic projects for a large international non-profit in town.

I'm running with United Utah because I'll be untethered from party dogma.

Have you noticed that moderate politicians are punished by their own parties for not toeing the line? Imagine having a representative who answers to you and not to the Majority Whip. That'd be me. Working among the best of both parties for you.
  • Healthy political systems serve people, not politicians or single parties. Let's take stock of our system and make it healthier for democracy.
  • Ignorance isn't always bliss. We ignore good science and truth at our peril. Let's get better at telling who the legitimate experts are and hear what they have to say.
  • Citizens deserve to vote for and be represented by their nearby peers. Let's make voting secure and accessible and create fair districts.
