A Tymochtee Township Levy Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Wyandot County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.
If approved, this question would have authorized the Township of Tymochtee to impose an additional property tax levy of up to 2 mills ($2 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for an indefinite period of time in order to provide for the current expenses of the Township.[1]

Language on the ballot:
| “ | An additional tax for the benefit of Tymochtee Township for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty cents ($0.20) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
