Tyneka L.D. Flythe is a judge of the 7th Judicial Circuit in Virginia. She was elected by the Virginia General Assembly on February 23 2021, effective April 1. Her nine-year term will expire on March 31, 2029.[1]
Career
Flythe worked for 9 years as a prosecutor for the city of Newport News until she was elected to the 7th Judicial District by the Virginia General Assembly on February 25, 2015, effective July 1. She was re-elected to another term in January 2021 and served until she was elected to the circuit court.[2][3]
