Tyrus Cobb
Tyrus Cobb (b. 1975) is a former Republican member of the Nevada Assembly, representing District 26 from 2006 to 2011.
Biography
Cobb earned his B.A. in political science from James Madison University and his J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. His professional experience includes working as an attorney with the Jones Vargas.

Cobb ran for the Nevada State Senate Washoe 4 District seat in 2010. He was defeated in the June 8 primary by Ben Kieckhefer by a margin of 5,458-4,880.[1]

On November 4, 2008, Cobb won re-election to the District 26 Seat in the Nevada Assembly, defeating opponents Daela Gibson and Greg Miller.[2]
