U.S. Bankruptcy Judge appointed to Northern District of Iowa

Iowa: Thad J. Collins has been appointed by the U.S. Court of Appeals to be judge on the Northern District of Iowa Bankruptcy Court. He was appointed by the by the court of appeals to fill the position being left vacant by the retirement of Judge Paul J. Kilburg. Collins will then be the only active service judge for the Northern District of Iowa Bankruptcy Court.[1]
