U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals judge announces move to senior status

Alaska: On Thursday, April 1, Judge Andrew Kleinfeld of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals announced that he will be assuming senior status on June 12. Kleinfeld was appointed to his position by George H.W. Bush in 1991.[1]
