Oklahoma: Article III federal judge Ronald White has formally apologized for judicial misconduct he was found to be committing by the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judicial Council. He was appointing friends who were not qualified to positions as adjunct settlement judges and ordered for their payment despite local court rulings to the contrary. He was also found to have made "inappropriate oral, written, and non-verbal comments in orders and during court proceedings." The documents that led to the findings will be kept confidential so the specifics of the misconduct will never be known.[1]
