To protect essential city services including senior citizen support/ meal programs during COVID-19 crisis/ recovery; 911 emergency/ paramedic response; street/ pothole repair; fire protection; disaster/ health crisis preparedness; youth violence prevention/ drug intervention programs; and other city services, shall the measure establishing a 5% utility users tax on gas, electricity, video, telecommunications services for 8 years, providing $6,100,000 annually in locally-controlled funding, requiring citizen oversight/ independent audits, be adopted? | ” |
