A Union City "Collector" Appointment question was defeated on the April 2, 2013 election ballot in Franklin County, which is in Missouri.
If approved, this measure would have authorized the Board of Alerman of the City of Union to appoint a person to fill the position of "Collector" instead of the current mode of selection by election.[1]
