United States Circuit Court for the Eastern District of New York

The United States Circuit Court for the Eastern District of New York was created on February 25, 1865, with appellate jurisdiction over the newly formed District Court for the Eastern District. It was dissolved on March 3, 1911, with the rest of the circuit court system.[1]
