United States Circuit Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania

The United States Circuit Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania was established on March 2, 1901, to hear appeals from the newly created Middle District court. Its geographical jurisdiction was divided from parts of the pre-existing Eastern and Western judicial districts. It was permanently dissolved, with the rest of the circuit court system, on March 3, 1911.[1]
