United States Circuit Court for the Northern District of West Virginia

The United States Circuit Court for the Northern District of West Virginia was established on January 22, 1901, with the division of West Virginia into Northern and Southern judicial districts and respective Northern and Southern circuit courts. These were abolished with the rest of the circuit court system on March 3, 1911.[1]
