United States Circuit Court for the Southern District of Iowa
The United States Circuit Court for the Southern District of Iowa was established on July 20, 1882, when Iowa was divided into Northern and Southern Districts with a corresponding circuit court. It was abolished with the rest of the circuit court system on March 3, 1911.[1]
