United States Circuit Court for the Southern District of Ohio

The United States Circuit Court for the Southern District of Ohio was created as part of an act passed on February 10, 1855, which divided Ohio into Northern and Southern judicial districts, and respective Northern and Southern circuit courts. These circuit courts were dissolved with the rest of the circuit court system on March 3, 1911.[1]
