United States Circuit Court for the Western District of New York

The United States Circuit Court for the Western District of New York was created on May 12, 1900, to have appellate jurisdiction over the newly formed District Court for the Western District. It was dissolved on March 3, 1911, with the rest of the circuit court system.[1]
