United States Circuit Court for the Western District of North Carolina

The United States Circuit Court for the Western District of North Carolina was created on June 4, 1872, when North Carolina was divided into Eastern and Western judicial districts. These courts were dissolved with the rest of the circuit court system on March 3, 1911.[1]
