Upcoming primary will name new Court of Appeals judge

Dayton, Ohio: The next judge of the Ohio Second District Court of Appeals will be chosen by voters on May 4, 2010. Two Republicans are running: Judge Michael T. Hall, currently of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas; and magistrate George B. Reynolds, who is making his second run for this court. The winner will replace retiring judge James Brogan.[1]
