As an attorney at the Utah Attorney General’s Office, Rachel represented law enforcement officers, school districts, and universities in civil rights cases. Rachel previously served as the deputy director for the Utah League of Cities and Towns, where she advocated and supported municipalities. She worked for the law firm Fabian & Clendenin for eight years, handling mining, real property, banking, and other cases, and served two years for the Utah Board of Education. Rachel received her BA from Utah State University and her law degree from BYU"
