Valarie S. Costanzo is a judge for the Washington County Court of Common Pleas.[1] She was elected on November 5 of 2013 for a term expiring in 2023.[2] Before her election, she was a judge on the Washington County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania. She was appointed to her previous position by Governor Tom Ridge in 1998.
