Valeria Spencer was a judge for the Eighteenth Judicial District Court of Colorado. She was appointed to this position in September of 2006.[1] Spencer retired from the court on August 10, 2012.[2]
Education
Spencer received a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a law degree from the University of Colorado in 1984 and 1991, respectively.[1]
Career
Spencer began her career as private practice lawyer dealing with bankruptcy and general civil litigation. She then worked as a Deputy District Attorney from 1994 to 2001 and then an Assistant U.S. Attorney from 2001 until her judicial appointment in 2006.[1]
