Naturalized American immigrant from Germany. Abilene Christian College graduate with BSed in foreign language.

Married 50 years with 4 children and 17 grandchildren. Live in San Antonio since 1990. Have taught and substituted over 30 years in public, Christian, and private homeschool Co-ops, Also put together workshops for Overcoming Learning Difficulties and Scoliosis Screening clinics for students. Water Aerobics instructor for Northside School Aquatic Center. Tutored from my home and online for Cornerstone school for 7 years. Active in my neighborhood Assoc. over 30 years. Taught French and German to adults in Northside Continuing Education. Former Election judge and precinct chair for over 17 years.

Socially and politically involved due to my spiritual convictions , love for families, children and neighbors.
  • Make NISD board more accountable and transparent to all parents and taxpayers.
  • Inform parent of their educational options such as school choice and Educational Savings Accounts.
  • Measuring the student's academic performance on their own merit. Educational competition produces excellence.
We need Truth in textbooks, not CRT.School library needs to be scrutinized by the parents to include traditional reading such as the Scriptures/Bible and classics such as C.S.Lewis' , The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.

Pledges to our country's and state's flags and daily prayer restored with an Inspirational reading from Proverbs.

Also, chaplain to help students with spiritual issues, like grieving over a lost parent. Morals mater!
The life of Jesus Christ, HE is my role model. " He is the Way , the Truth and the Life." The best example any person can follow.
Two years teaching 3 levels of German in South San High School.
Serving my community by overseeing the education of children with local citizen input from parents, taxpayers= all citizens of the school district. All the Board's actions must integrate respect for the Texas Constitution. It is the board member's responsibility and position as trustee to guard the public trust in decisions made by the board members, which need to reflect the parents' concerns-- always in line with ethics and morals, standards for conduct.
