I'd like to take that spirit to office, and care for my constituents who most need me. Right now, about a quarter of the ENTIRE district sits in poverty. Depending on the county, your poverty rate ranges from 21% to 30%, and these numbers are NOT going down - in some cases, they even go up - so nothing is really being done to solve the problem. I want to solve the problem.

I was confused, seeing the news on in school was a first for me. Then, we saw a clip of a plane hitting one of the towers. I was shaken speechless, though some children did go "Woah cool" before getting berated by the teacher.
What I remember most about that job though was the people. I met many people who to this day continue to connect with me, share with me, and even have deep friendships with. The sense of worker comradery I learned at that job influenced me in my subsequent experiences in insurance and construction.
I believe the Senate is the easier chamber to navigate.
