The Fourth Referendum under 1846 Act Relating to Licensing Innkeepers and Retailers, also known as Fourth Referendum under 1846, was on the 1850 ballot in Vermont as a legislatively referred state statute. It was approved. This referendum extended Act 24. Being the third time that the prohibition had been approved, a permanent ban was enacted.[1]
